All MTA buses citywide are suspended while the street's are plowed. Subways running with delays. MTA website is DOWN as of 7:47 a.m.

City Offices
Closed.
Public Schools
Closed. (Only the 7th time since 1978!)
Obviously, no trash/ recycling pick up, and all parking regulations are suspended. Don't drive! If you must get in the car, check Roadify for updates on local traffic and road closures.
Remember: don't call 911 except for true emergencies and don't go out today unless you need to. Make sure your sidewalks are cleared for pedestrians.
