Woman Choked, Punched, Pushed to the Ground and Robbed

Robbery
At least two unknown creeps grabbed a 29-year-old female from behind, forced her to the ground and choked and punched her, police said. They took the victim's purse and a $250 Gucci wallet outside 342 Carroll St. on Thursday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m.
The victim reported to the police that one of the creeps said, "Give me your phone, where's your phone?" and also, "Give me your stuff, don't scream."

They didn't get the phone, but they did make off with $40 and five credit cards.

A 29-year-old female's apartment on Henry Street near Fourth Place was robbed of multiple pieces of antique jewelry made of precious stones and gold, police said, including a garnet, turquoise and gold ring and pendant and a garnet, diamond and gold engagement ring. On Friday. April 1 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., a thief broke into the apartment through a rear bathroom window off a fire escape.
The crook also took a laptop of unknown value.
