CENTER MORICHES, NY — For so many students who should have been enjoying senior year with prom, graduation, and other milestone events, the coronavirus crisis has meant that sadly, dreams and long-awaited celebrations have been put on hold.
Patch would like to shine a light on these amazing young people and their accomplishments; a new series "Celebrate Your Senior!" launched this week, inviting proud parents and others to spotlight the young people whose accomplishments can't be derailed by coronavirus.
Eddie Stypulkowski nominated his daughter Stefanie Stypulkowski, a senior at Center Moriches High School.

Stefanie, he said, has also played softball and volleyball.

"She won All Country and All League awards in softball," he said. "And also has time to volunteer and help the community in her Girl Scout troop. When she was younger, she raised more than $2,000 making cancer keychains and donated the money to the America Cancer Society and other organizations."
Stefanie, he said, is committed to Seton Hall University, where she will be majoring in biology then transferring to a vet school.
Congratulations, Stefanie Stypulkowski!
