Man Charged With DWI After Eastport Crash: Cops
He crashed his vehicle on New York State Route 27 and County Road 111 in Eastport, police say.
EASTPORT, NY — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after an Eastport crash, police said.
According to New York State Police, on Nov. 17 at 2:23 a.m., James E. Sutton, 55, of Patchogue, was involved in a one-car collision on New York State Route 27 and County Road 111 in Eastport. Sutton submitted to a blood test and was charged with driving while intoxicated; he was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Southampton Town Justice Court, police said.
