Jogger Robbed at Knifepoint by Two Teens in Central Park Wednesday Night
Police say two 17-year-olds have been arrested for the crime, which took place near W. 67th Street.

A man jogging through Central Park on Wednesday night left the park a few hundred dollars lighter.
According to police, a 34-year-old man was running in the park near W. 67th Street at 9:38 p.m. when he was approached by two men, who surrounded him and brandished a knife. They demanded his wallet, he complied, and the duo made off with $200 to $400 in cash, according to the NYPD.
The suspects didn't make it far, however. Police arrested the pair at Central Park West and 72nd Street, and the knife was recovered.

Jordan Wright, 17, of East New York, Brooklyn, and Exzezia Mitchell, 17, of Canarsie, Brooklyn, were both charged with first-degree robbery, third-degree possession of a weapon and fifth-degree possession of stolen property.
There had been eight robberies in Central Park so far in 2016, as of July 24, according to police stats. That's a noticeable decrease from last year when there were 19 robberies in the park year-to-date.
