6-Story Boutique Office Building To Rise In Chelsea, Permits Show
GDSNY plans to build a six story building in Chelsea, records show.
CHELSEA, NY — A developer is planning to build a six story boutique office in Chelsea, according to permits filed Tuesday with the Department of Buildings.
GDSNY plans to build boutique office space at 118 Tenth Ave. between 17th and 18th streets by 2022, according to its website.
The building will have some 155,000 square feet of space, designed by Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill.

The offices will replace a two-story building that once housed the restaurant and lounge The Park, which closed earlier this year.
The developer filed permits to demolish the building back in October, records show.
