Angel’s Mice and Men a Success at Hudson Guild

The first play of a 3 play Long Island Trilogy by playwright Cindi Sansone-Braff left the audience standing and Cheering.

On August 3, Angel’s Mice and Men, a romantic comedy play written and directed by Cindi Sansone-Braff closed to thunderous applause after a three performance run at Summerfest 2019 at the historic Hudson Guild Theater on 441 W 26th St. in NYC.

The play starred TracyLynn Conner as Angel Ventura along with Jordan Howell as Gina Signorella. Ben Jorgensen portrayed Steele LaChance and Diane Pedroza played Rose Bloom.

Karen Rae Levine handled both jobs of Technical Director and Stage Manager. Lighting Design/Tech was handled by Lauren Cappadona while the Sound Technician was Eugene Li.

Angel’s Mice and Men, the first play of a 3-Play Long Island Trilogy was playwright Cindi Sansone-Braff second play to be produced. Her Beethoven Promethean Concerto in C Minor WoO had its World Premiere at the Becca Arts Center in Lindenhurst on August 7, 2017.

Special applause was aimed at crowd favorites Jordan Howell and TracyLynn Conner. While both Ben Jorgensen and Diane Pedroza also received wonderful applause from the appreciative audience also.

Ms. Sansone-Braff noted the efforts of Karen Rae Levine were unmeasurable saying, “There was no way I could have done this show without Karen.” She also said, “TracyLynn Conner is always excellent and I believe Jordan Howell had a breakout performance. Ben Jorgensen kept everyone on their toes and Diane Pedroza performance was special because she is a long time friend.”

The wonderful thunderous applause left all affiliated with the production in “high feather,” after the final performance.
