The cyclist was injured just two blocks from where 20-year-old Robyn Hightman was fatally hit less than a month ago at 23rd Street and Sixth Avenue. Earlier this week, a Citi Bike rider was struck by a taxi at that same intersection after she told officials her brakes malfunctioned, Patch previously reported.
