Hot Real Estate: Billy Bush Sells Chelsea Townhouse
It's unclear how much the four-story townhouse sold for or who the buyer is.
CHELSEA, NY — Billy Bush, the former co-host of the "Today" show, closed a deal on his Chelsea townhouse in the past few days, The Wall Street Journal reports. Bush was suspended from NBC, and shorty left the network, in October after a leaked video showed him and the then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump discussing women in a lewd manner.
Bush bought the home in December 2015 for $8.8 million, and first listed it for $8.995 million in April 2016 with Howard Morrel and Rebecca Kilborne of Engel & Völkers New York Real Estate.

The house saw several price cuts and the asking price was lowered to $8.25 million, as seen on Realtor.com.
