Hudson River Park To Show Movie 'The Warriors' With Live Music
Shaolin Jazz's DJ 2-Tone Jones will perform a live score for the outdoor movie screening of "The Warriors."

CHELSEA, NY — A live remixed score of jazz and hip-hop will come to Hudson River Park for an outdoor movie screening of "The Warriors" Wednesday.
Shaolin Jazz's DJ 2-Tone Jones will perform "Can I Kick It?", a mix of hip-hop, soul and funk music, alongside a screening of "The Warriors" at Hudson River Park's Pier 63 in Chelsea.
The remixed soundtracks alongside specific scenes in the movie are the first in New York, according to the Hudson River Park Trust.

The screening is Wednesday, July 10 at 8:30 p.m. at Pier 63, which is located at West 23rd Street near Chelsea Waterside Park.
"The Last Dragon" will be screened with a live score from DJ 2-Tone Jones August 14.

The park's outdoor movie screenings are a part of its summertime Hudson RiverFlicks series. Wednesday evenings will show various iconic movies through August 21. At Pier 46, kids movies will be shown Friday evenings through August 23.
"We invite all New Yorkers to bring their friends and family, grab a picnic blanket, and join us for a summer of fun at Hudson River Park," Madelyn Wils, the president of the Trust, said in May.
