MANHATTAN, NY — Officers arrested a Kips Bay man for busting up several LinkNYC Kiosks across Manhattan Wednesday, police said.

Juan Rodriguez, 41, of Kips Bay was arrested and charged for criminal mischief after some 42 LinkNYC kiosks across Manhattan were smashed up with a brick and other objects since April 16, police said.

Police said the man was caught busting up the kiosks from the West Village through Chelsea and Midtown between April 16 and 23.

Surveillance footage from the kiosk itself recorded Rodriguez throwing a brick at a kiosk near a Duane Reade pharmacy store at Eighth Ave. and West 47th Street:
