The new building overlooking the High Line will have apartments available for as little as $596 per month. No, that's not a typo.
CHELSEA, NY — Living over the High Line would be nice. Doing so for $596 a month would be even nicer.
You have your chance starting Tuesday when the lottery opens up for 75 units in the Maestro West Chelsea building on West 29th Street. But you will have to meet strict income limits in order to qualify for the ultra-cheap luxury apartments.
The building features an attended lobby, on-site resident super, recreation room, roof deck, fitness center, laundry room and bike storage.
