Man Found Dead at 34th Street Train Station: Police
Police say the 39-year-old man's death is believed to be due to natural causes.
CHELSEA, NY — Police say a man was found dead sitting on a bench at the 34th Street and Eighth Avenue subway station.
Police responded to the scene at the tail end of Thanksgiving weekend, on Sunday, Nov. 27 at 2:22 a.m. The 39-year-old man was sitting on a bench on the A train platform, and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the New York City Police Department (NYPD).
An NYPD spokesperson said the death is believed to be due to natural causes.
