Man Gropes 19-Year-Old Woman In Chelsea, Police Say
The woman was walking along West 21st St. when a man touched her and fled, police said.

CHELSEA, NY — A woman was walking in along West 21st St. when a man grabbed her pelvic area and fled, police said.
The 19-year-old woman was walking on West 21st St. between Sixth and Seventh Aves. on Tuesday, March 12 about 2:15 p.m. when the man forcibly touched her, police said.
Police said the groper fled westbound on 21st St.

The woman wasn't injured from the incident, police said.
Police are searching for the man, who was last seen in all dark clothing.
