The attacker stabbed him and his dog and then ran off on the street level, the spokesperson said. Emergency personnel took the injured man to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

The 4 a.m. stabbing spurred Jamaica-bound F trains to skip the 14th Street stop while police investigated. NYPD did not immediately have a description of the suspect, who is still at-large.
