Man Killed In Fall From Chelsea Building, Police Say

CHELSEA, NY — A man was killed in a fall from a Chelsea building on Tuesday morning, authorities said.

Police, who haven't yet identified the man, are unsure whether the fall was an accident or an intentional jump. The man was transported from outside of 113 W 28th St. on Tuesday at about 8 a.m., police said.
