Police Hunt Suspects In Chelsea Rape

Officers are searching two men who raped a woman in a Chelsea apartment, police said.

CHELSEA, NY — Police are hunting for two men who attacked and raped a 24-year-old woman at a Chelsea party on Saturday morning, authorities said.

The NYPD released surveillance photos of both suspects on Friday, asking for the public's help identifying them.

Both men are suspected of raping a 24-year-old woman at a party at the Fulton Houses on W. 17th Street, police said.

The woman told police that while she was at the party on Saturday, both men followed her into the bathroom where they raped her. The assault happened at about 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, according to the NYPD.

The woman called police after the men left and was transported for a nearby hospital, where she described both of her attackers to investigators, police said.
