Renowned Italian Chef Opening New Restaurant At Hotel In Chelsea
Fabrizio Facchini was named top chef at Cotto, a new restaurant at the soon-to-open Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel.

CHELSEA, NY — An Italian restaurant and bar is opening in Chelsea this fall.
Cotto, which will be inside of the the soon-to-open Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel, will bring Italian dishes led by chef Fabrizio Facchini.
"Chef Facchini brings indisputable talent and passion, which will set a distinguishable tone for this restaurant," general manager at the hotel Chris Rynkar said. "We are pleased to have a chef of his caliber lead the culinary team for this highly anticipated property."

Known for his authentic Italian food, Facchini will add a modern twist to traditional dishes at Cotto, which will be located on West 25th Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues.
The cocktail list will include a variety of spirits, fruits and herb-infused ice cubs. The dining area features an indoor and covered garden spaces.

The restaurant will open this fall. The hotel opens in November.
