Two Men Mug A Woman Walking Near The High Line, Police Say
One of the men placed his arms around the woman's neck, police said.
CHELSEA, NY — Two men mugged a woman walking near the High Line in mid-April, police said.
A woman, 43, was walking near West 30th Street between 10th and 11th avenues about 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, according to the NYPD.
Two men walked up to her, and one placed his arms around her neck, police said. He snatched her cell phone from her hands, according to police. The two fled towards High Line Park.

The woman had bruises, but declined medical attention, police said.
Cops said the two men were described as 5 feet 8 inches tall. One was wearing a blue shirt and black pants and the other was wearing a black jacket, camouflage pants and black sneakers, police said.
