2 New Businesses Open In Commack Shopping Center

COMMACK, NY - Two new businesses have officially opened in the Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack.

The first business is Music & Arts, a sister brand of musical instrument retailer Guitar Center. The second business is a learning center franchise, The Tutoring Center.

The 222,000-square-foot shopping center is located on Jericho Turnpike just east of the Sunken Meadow Parkway.

"These new, learning-focused tenants add to Mayfair Shopping Center’s ‘destination’ appeal," E.J. Moawad, LMC’s leasing representative for the property, said. "Both are nationally recognized brands that not only expand and diversify the retail offerings here, but will undoubtedly become convenient resources for students, parents and educators."

The center is also home to Best Market supermarket and Stein Mart as well as Gap/Gap Kids, Rite Aid, Northwell Go Health, Loft, New York & Company, Joseph A. Bank, Sherwin Williams, People’s United Bank, Justice, Claire’s Accessories, Famous Toastery, Prato 850, Outback Steakhouse, Tropical Smoothie and Verizon Wireless, among others.
