2 New Businesses Open In Mayfair Shopping Center

COMMACK, NY - Two new businesses recently opened at the Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack.

Last month Music & Arts, a sister brand of musical instrument retailer Guitar Center, leased a 2,500 square foot space in the shopping center located on Jericho Turnpike.

In addition, the learning center franchise The Tutoring Center recently leased a 1,320 square foot store.

Music & Arts is one of the nation’s largest music store chains and lesson providers.

The business offers a wide assortment of instruments for sale or rent, offers music accessories and repairs as well as lessons with university-trained instructors.

While The Tutoring Center, which has over 115 locations in 23 states, focuses on one-on-one instruction for children grades K through 12.

"Music & Arts and The Tutoring Center – two nationally recognized brands – bring an added dimension to the retail experience at Mayfair Shopping Center," Moawad said. "Both will serve as valuable resources for local students, parents and educators. They also will drive significant, repeat traffic that will benefit the property’s entire tenant base."

The Mayfair Shopping Center also includes businesses such as Rite Aid, Northwell Go Health, Loft, New York & Company, Joseph A. Bank, Sherwin Williams, Capital One Bank, Justice, Claire’s Accessories, Famous Toastery, Prato 850, Outback Steakhouse, Tropical Smoothie and Verizon Wireless.
