(wsaa,inc.)

Pink Aid's 3rd Warrior Connection event, "CANCER AND COMPASSION IN THE TIME OF COVID". was held on May 2oth. With panelists drawn from the frontlines of breast cancer treatment, infectious disease and psychiatry, the event provided important up-to-date information as well as a venue for participants to connect and ask questions.

Pink Aid is incredibly grateful to Dr. Michael Cohenuram, Hematologist/Oncologist, Smilow Cancer Hospital/Yale New Haven Health, Dr. Zane Saul, Chief of Infectious Disease at Bridgeport Hospital/Yale New Haven Health and Dr. Andrew Anson, Psychiatrist, Department of Psychiatry, Bridgeport Hospital, Yale New Haven Health & The Wald, Brooklyn, NY. Their collective compassion, insight and expertise helped to ease the concerns of the nearly 100 participants.

The discussion can be seen in its entirety on our Pink Aid youtube channel, click here to watch.
