Commack Gas Station Employee Dragged In Hit-And-Run: Police
The driver tried to use counterfeit money before he and the employee got into an argument, police say.

COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said drove away from a hit-and-run in Commack last month.
An employee at Cumberland Farms, at 695 Commack Road, pumped gas for a man driving a black sedan at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 19, police said. The employee and driver began arguing after the driver tried to pay with counterfeit money, police said. The man drove off, dragging the employee a short distance, police said.
The employee was treated at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for injuries that are not life threatening.

The driver was described as roughly 30 years old with short hair and facial hair.
