Commack School Budget Results Are In
Commack residents headed to the polls Tuesday to vote on a school budget and elect board members.
Commack residents approved the district's $193,222,796 proposed budget on Tuesday by a margin of 1203 to 419.
The budget represents a 1.61 percent spending increase over the current year and a tax levy increase of 2.51 percent.
In the vote for Commack Board of Education members, incumbent Jarrett Behar ran unopposed. He received 1302 votes.
