Here are the four new tenants slated to join Mayfair Shopping Center. Which one would you try first?

COMMACK, NY — Four new businesses are expected to come to Commack. Three eateries and a specialty food store are slated to open at Mayfair Shopping Center, at 10-2020 Jericho Turnpike, Levin Management Corporation (LMC) announced in a news release on Tuesday.
The latest leases include:
- Cajun Claws/JBBQ Shabu Shabu, at 6,500 square feet. The eatery will combine two dining concepts from the owners of Kashi, an acclaimed Japanese restaurant chain.
- Meet Bar & Izakaya, at 3,800 square feet. It will serve Japanese-style tapas, skewers and ramen in a casual atmosphere.
- Bagel Toastery, at 3,300 square feet. It is being launched by the partner/owners of bagel shop/deli Bagelicious Café in Port Jefferson Station.
- The Crushed Olive, at 1,300 square feet. The franchise has four other Long Island locations and is a gourmet shop well-known for its olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
It is unknown when the four businesses are expected to open, though Crushed Olive will be opening "soon," according to LMC. The other three lease signings are too new to project an opening date.

"Great things are happening at Mayfair Shopping Center," said E.J. Moawad, an LMC leasing representative. "These new tenants are led by well-established business operators that are experienced at picking successful locations and saw the advantages of this property. Despite a retail environment that is still challenging, these transactions underscore the fact that well-located, quality properties like Mayfair Shopping Center remain in high demand."
LMC is the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000-square-foot shopping center. Moawad negotiated the recent transactions on behalf of the property ownership.
