Man On Drugs Drives Car Into Pole In Commack: Police
The man was brought to Huntington Hospital after being taken into custody, police say.
COMMACK, NY — A Central Islip man was charged after Suffolk police said he drove his car into a pole in Commack while on drugs Tuesday morning.
Alan Briscoe, 36, was driving a 2011 Kia southbound on Commack Road at the North Service Road at 3:15 a.m. when he veered off the road and crashed into a pole, police said. Briscoe was arrested and charged with DWI: drugs. He was brought to Huntington Hospital.
