COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police say is responsible for a hit-and-run crash in Commack in March.

A man was driving a 2016 gray Ford pickup truck when he hit a 2017 Hyundai in the parking lot of Home Depot, at 5025 Jericho Turnpike, around 4:50 p.m. March 4, police said. He man then drove off, police said.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
