Man Punches LI Walmart Employee: Police
The man also knocked a phone out of a woman's hand, police say.

COMMACK, NY — Chaos broke out at a Walmart in Commack on Tuesday night.
A man entered the store, at 85 Crooked Hill Road, at 8 p.m. and punched an employee, Suffolk police said. When Kerri Devlin, a Kings Park woman, began videotaping the incident, the man knocked the phone out of her hand, police said.
Devlin told Patch the man smashed her phone on the ground after deleting footage of the incident. Devlin said she began attacking the man, and as they were on the ground, her father and several other people attacked the man.

Two people were treated at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore for non-life-threatening injuries suffered in the brawl, police said.
"My father and I are OK," Devlin said. "We’re pretty banged up, but we’re physically OK. I would just like for this man to be caught and pay for what he did and for my phone to be fixed so I can get back to work. This is not a very merry Christmas."
