5 Library Events Happening This Week

1. Memorial Day Craft: Kids in grades 2 through 5 can paint their own ceramic Memorial Day Bear at the North Babylon Public Library on Monday at 7 p.m. Participants should bring a smock or wear old clothes.

2. Social Security 101: Learn the ins and outs of Social Security at the Deer Park Library from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

3. Small Business Workshop: As part of its Small Business Workshop Series, the North Babylon Library is offering a session on how to write a business plan. The workshop starts at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

4. Crochet Club: Crochet enthusiasts of all experience levels are invited to participate in this club at North Babylon Library, led by expert Joan Jewhurst. The club will meet on 5/9, 5/23, 6/6 and 6/27.

5. Movie & Pizza: Teens and kids are invited to Deer Park Library Friday afternoon to watch "Here Comes the Boom" and eat pizza at 3:30 p.m.
