After Delay Due To COVID-19, New Pretzel Shop Set To Open Soon

Philly Pretzel Factory, which was supposed to open its new North Babylon location in March, is planning a grand opening soon.

NORTH BABYLON, NY β€” After having to delay the opening due to the coronavirus pandemic, the new Philly Pretzel Factory in North Babylon will finally be opening soon.

The new location for the pretzel shop chain on 1150 Deer Park Avenue was expected to open in March, but had to push the opening due to COVID-19. Now, according to a new post on Facebook, the business is tentatively planning a grand opening in the next two weeks.

This will be the seventh store for the chain. The owner is an FDNY firefighter who also owns the Philly Pretzel Factory stores in Bellmore and Massapequa. In addition, the eatery opened its first Suffolk location in Smithtown last year. Other stores can be found in Syosset and Franklin Square.

Most recently, Philly Pretzel Factory hosted a grand opening for its new location on 601 Portion Road in Lake Ronkonkoma on Tuesday.
