Annual Paumanauke Pow-Wow Returns August 2-3

From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, the Pow Wow will offer dance, food and more.

On August 2 and 3, the 34th annual Paumanauke Pow-Wow will be held at the Babylon Town Hall at 200 E. Sunrise Hwy in Lindenhurst.

From 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday, there will be Aztec dancers, traditional dancers, traditional drums, dance competitions, quality traders and more. Adult admission is $10, seniors 60 and older, teens and handicapped persons are $5 and children under 12 are free.
