Babylon To Hold Town Board Meeting/Public Hearings Information On January 20 2021

January 8 2021

Due to restrictions that remain in place as a result of COVID-19, the meeting of the Babylon Town Board scheduled for Wednesday, January 20, 2021 will be held remotely and livestreamed for the public via YouTube. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.

The following public hearings are scheduled to take place at this meeting:

• Rezoning Application of MR Property Builders, LLC. for the premises identified by SCTM#: 0100-173-02-006 located on the W/S/O Albany Avenue, 318’ S/O Schleigel Blvd, Amityville [Adjourned from 12/23/20 Town Board Meeting]
• Amending Chapter 213 of the Babylon Town Code (Zoning) - American Venice
• Amendments to the Town of Babylon Uniform Code of Traffic Ordinances - Commack Road
• Amendments to the Town of Babylon Uniform Code of Traffic Ordinances - Conner Lane
• Amending Chapter 165 of the Babylon Town Code (Peace and Good Order)
• Amending Chapter 3, Article II, Section 3-4 of the Town of Babylon Uniform Code of Traffic Ordinances - Great Neck Road
