During the week prior to Valentine's Day, art students from Marion G. Vedder Elementary School in the North Babylon School District visited the North Babylon Senior Center to create heart art for the community's senior citizens.Under the direction of art teacher Lisa Gregorek, the students created oil pastel hearts and distributed them to the senior citizens, some of whom worked with paint to create their own Valentine's Day designs.
