Battle Clowns, Zombies and Ghouls in the Dark this Halloween Season at NYZ Apocalypse in Deer Park
Total Fear at NYZ Apocalypse, LI's most interactive haunted house with three unique opportunities experiences of heart pounding excitement.
September 28, 2017; Deer Park, NY – For people who are afraid of clowns, zombies or things that go bump in the night, this Halloween season NYZ Apocalypse invites them to face their fears and battle them out in three live-action, fully immersive and interactive horror experiences unlike anything else in New York!
Housed within the terrifying labyrinth of NYZ Apocalypse, New York’s only live-action, interactive zombie experience, located at 450 Commack Road, Deer Park, NY. is “Clown Beat Down” a new immersive haunted house experience where guests are armed with a foam weapons and allowed to battle it out with similarly-armed crazed clowns.
NYZ Apocalypse will also revive its “Escape the Dark” escape house attraction for 2017, where guests must navigate and escape a haunted maze armed with only a single flashlight. Participants will join a team and must find their way out of a pitch-black environment while fending off demonic ghouls. The goal is to locate and free others whom have been taken prisoner by the possessed entities.

If you like The Walking Dead, you will love City of the Dead. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in an immersive “Zombie Survival” experience where they are armed with a laser rifles and must fight their way out of the ‘’City of the Dead,” an environment heavily infested with “Living Dead” actors.
Presented by NYZ Apocalypse and New York horror art collective Fringe Media Inc, these are frightening, intense experiences designed for guests 16 years of age or older and go beyond the traditional haunted house. All participants 18 years of age or older can opt for full contact immersion. Advance tickets are available for purchase on the website and tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

City of the Dead and Clown Beatdown tickets are $25.00 each and Escape the Dark is $30.00 or $59.99 for all three experiences as part of the “Total Fear” package. Attractions are open from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays during the month of October. NYZ will also be open the last Thursday, October 26th and the last two Sundays in October.
