Dead Man Found Behind Deer Park Restaurant: Police

Suffolk police said they found a man with a head injury outside Ruby Tuesday on Commack Road.

DEER PARK, NY — A man was found dead behind a Deer Park restaurant Monday night, according to Suffolk police.

At 8:02 p.m., officers responded to the back lot of Ruby Tuesday at 403 Commack Rd. after a report of an injured person.

When officers arrived, they found the man lying dead on the ground. He appeared to have sustained a head injury, police said.
