Great South Bay YMCA Holds "Sunday is Fun-Day" Event

WHAT: Great South Bay YMCA will host a “Sunday is Fun-Day” event, a fun and active day filled with group exercise, recreational activities and healthy refreshments for the entire family to enjoy. The entire community is invited to participate in these activities in an effort to promote healthy lifestyles among all ages. Activities throughout the day include Zumba, Adult Lap Swim, Family Swim, Family Open Gym, Body Pump and Youth Soccer Clinic. The event will be offered at all branches of the YMCA of Long Island.

COST: Free to all. Membership not required.
