How about a white Christmas?

The odds still aren’t looking good, if that is the sort of thing you are into.

An overall mild pattern is expected to hold through at least the end of December and into the first part of the new year, according to AccuWeather.

The current forecast for Christmas Day on Long Island: 53 degrees with clouds breaking for some sun. Santa might need a lighter suit.
