June 19-Official State Holiday-NYS Public Officers Equality?
In June 2020; Governor Andrew Cuomo Declared June 19th-officially a Public Holiday, Commemorates Back American Freedom for State Employees

June 19th for the 2nd year in NYS; will be known as a Public Officer Holiday commemorating Black and African American Freedoms of ending Slavery and celebrating Freedoms and Achievements. President Joe Biden; yesterday; formalized June 19th as a Federal Holiday for all to celebrate. I commend these matters as the Symbolism is relevant and provides a Day to set back and reflect; as we move together to continue what is still desperately needed. While you're enjoying your Monday off-take a moment to think about my editorial below;
For me; the Holiday reminds me; NYS Legislature as the Employer is far from supporting Earnings Equality within our Own Employment Roles. For Women NYS Public Officers within NYS Legislature; it means; that NYS Legislature as the Employer has an Obligation to enforce it's own Rule bases of Employee Protections enacted within many State Doctrines-but is yet to be Impactful within State Legislative Service. Maryann Maltese is a Tenured NYS Public Office for the NYS Legislature who during her Employment suffered 2 Massive Employment Injustices; 1: 1991-Maryann was the Victim of Sexual Assault by 2 Legislators-these 2 Legislators did not serve time for their Crimes; but one did serve time for Other Crimes He committed against NYS Felon Legislators (15 over the last decade) still receive full retirement benefits; but Maryann Maltese; the Victim; is not receiving her As of Right Employment Benefit; and; 2) Maryann as a Political Scientist; reentered State Legislative Service in 1994-2013; and within her Tenure to NYS; was issued Discriminatory Based Earnings (Slave wages are notably comparable) and within Universally accepted Public Officer Oath and Public Service Employment Law-Maryann is entitled to Retroactive corrective earnings Legislative Introductions based on the above matters.
However; during the 2020 Presidential Race; and before Maryann announced for Statewide Offices; NYS Leadership within NYS Legislature intentionally did not introduce Employer-Employee based Legislation. This action-Pushed myself to announce a Run for Statewide office because Suffolk County Democratic Loyalists were Not listening to me as a Fellow NYS Public Officer-that is unethical. This continued non-introduction by NYS Legislature and Legislators of NYS as Agents is the 2nd Highest Employer Violation. Maryann offered trust again between 1994-2013 in reinstatement and as a Law Abiding NYS Public Officer with the Same exact Oath of Service as Legislators; it's necessary to file suit against NYS Legislature as the Employer. What is our basic right of Legislative Introduction has become a Political Weapon; stalling on the issuances of Corrective Earnings-that is not the spirit of June 19th as a recognizable Holiday.

This 2021 Legislative Session; 660 Million Dollars was issued to Other NYS Public Servants within the State Budget. Maryann Maltese was not included; although repeated proper Employee-Employer based notice was issued. There is no justification for any NYS Legislator not to introduce during Pandemic Covid Parameters as Urgent Human Violations circulate around Maryann Maltese's Public Service Employment. The 660 Million issued; was for those Fellow Public Employees with general administrative Fault by the Employer-not Human Violations.
What should have happened in the 2021 State Budget; as NYS decided to Issue Corrective Earnings: A line Item-separated for Maryann Maltese's Tenure as Maryann; as a Fellow has been intentionally postponed for 8 Legislative Sessions. That is the worst Example of a Legislative Employer-immediate introductions are required to occur and intentional avoidance; or intentional police profiling with further intent to arrest a Public Officer-already confirmed; is grounds for Legislator Immediate Explosion. We are allowing; NYS Legislators in official capacity to believe they have Supreme Authority when quite frankly; our Oaths as Mutuals is the same Oath.

For example; If I stormed Trooped a State Legislative Office Building with intent to Harm; I will lose my State Tenured Pension. Why would I at tenure; Storm Troop A Fellow? We are Peace Officers-exactly what those words are-is what it means. Any Legislator willfully Using Police Presence unnecessarily is Grounds of removal of State Office between Fellows. (Universal word).
2021 is an off Election year-what is the status of Maryann Maltese Law? What is the Excuse NOW. For 60 years; State Policy Makers in this region have voted against Women's Earnings Rights and continue to Violate; my rights as a NYS Public Officer in non-mutual introduction of required State Employment Legislative Bill Introduction. The matter of Maryann Maltese; is not 'Was I employed by NYS", but as Members of the Legislature; the matter is; Maryann Maltese is entitled to the "Same Public Officer Right of Corrective Earnings" and as a Woman Officer; I'm being intentionally denied.
As we celebrate great freedoms achieved; reflect and realize more needs to be done in Suffolk County to ensure that State Legislators in Office; are Voting and introducing Legislation that Matters for our People who live here. There is absolutely non Justification from either the Majority or Minority Leadership-to stall on Fellow Public Officers; as of Employment Rights. Avoiding it this Session-once again; is a Form of Female Slavery.
How can you help; Continue to Advocate and write to local legislators, get involved in My Campaign for statewide offices 2022; and Let the Governor now-how inappropriate the 2021 Session has been towards Women's Employment Earnings Matters of Equality. Pay closer attention to which Democratic or Republican Incumbents are not following through on Public Employee Rights-which is the Example Private Sector Employers turn too when Adhering or Not. This non-introduction for the Last 2 Sessions; intentionally-again; is the worse reflection of Equality of Earnings for Women. With New Legislators and New Leadership-it will be better; and if I'm elected in 2022-It will not be tolerated. It wasn't tolerated by me; for other Prospective State Retirees that too; had Employer based Fault and needed Changes regardless of Political party affiliation.
