Local Primaries in Townships; who supports Earnings Equality?

Happy Father's Day to our men who support our children every day; even if He's a Surrogate-with all Functions of Equality in Place. Such a good feeling when support within family dynamic is equal; makes a world of difference.

Today as you consider Early Voting in regions where it is activated today; consider which Candidates and/or if the Incumbents are support of the Me; too Cause; for Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassed Victims. Over the past 18 months; I learned first hand who presently is in Statewide Policy Making Positions are not working towards needed changes within Albany.

18 months ago, as a Semi-retiree; I submitted my Employment request to my Employer; NYS Legislature to retroactively correct my earnings so that severance/retirement would be provided within my As of Employee Rights-that did not occur. For the first 3 months of my inquiry; I was shocked and surprised that I would face such Outrageously difficult parameters within my Employment Rights. During my own Active employment; as State Employees would go through the Retirement Process; if there was an Employer fault along the way; State Staff members Patronage or Union would submit requests to my offices asking for amicable mediation-or resolves. Many were achieved; Administratively; a few by Legislation Requests-which also were granted. Here I am; a 19 year State Legislative Employee-vested without question; and I'm not reinstated after Unpaid Leave and I'm not severed by New Leadership Members. That's unethical.

I decided to announce my candidacy for Statewide Office in 2020; which many know was cut short because of the March 2020, State of Emergency Pandemic Orders; supporting quality of life matters; women's rights to overall procedural processes being ironed out within New State Equality Code 2019 that's missing; changes and supportive measures within Educational Matters; along with Providing CE approvals for Long Island Regional Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Corps Members to name a few Legislative Platform ideas. I welcomed other Community Members ideas as well because they helped framed my thought patterns on needed changes; a hard thing to accomplish during Social Distancing Requirements. Thank goodness for Zoom Viral Conferences and Social Media outlets permitting us grand usage for daily life.

The 2020 and the 2021 State legislative Session did not facilitate any Women's Equality Changes; and not providing for Earnings for Prior Service; is the Pinnacle of one's survival. It's completely unacceptable to Divide the Differences between Male and Female Employees within the Same Duty within NYS Public Service. Salaries; as well as Promotional and Accural Raise Points are Implicitly Required within the NYS Legislature Professions; as other State Civil Service Employment Opportunities they are announced on Public Agency Hiring Websites-but it's been Hush Hush for Women NYS Public Officers and Our Plight for Earnings Equality Justices.

As State Legislators did not introduce this year again; in their Roles as State Policy makers; it's clear in Suffolk County; that Voters need to take a much more detailed look at Candidates running this Local Primary Season. We learned during 2020 as well; how Huntington Township; passed Legislative Resolution reducing Employee Benefits for both Public and Patronage Staffers; although they did not include Legislators who are now Employees of the Township within these new CSEA changes. It's once again; balancing the Books; the Local Budgets on Working families within the area. I don't support that in it's entirety and I'm a Union Supporter; so I'm stunned that our 3 Heads of State; Cuomo, Cousins and Heastie; have intentionally permitted lower level Legislators from following through on my Employee as of Right to Legislation for my Prior Legislative Service 1991, 1994-2013. Why; again; because No Male Colleague that I worked along side of; broke Bread with in good co-worker relations; has been subjected to the Same discriminatory Employer Method this last 8 years. Patronage staff has implicit right of to Employee as of rights at tenure of service; and before that threshold of Vestment; if Human Violations Occur during Employment-then Me; too; needed aspects are required.

Employer-Employee based Sexual Assault is the worst offense because along with that came Sexual Harassment or Threatening Languages to keep the employee at Arm's length to intimidate them that they will be at a Loss of Earnings or; in my case; full Corrective Earnings; at our Known processes of Retroactive appropriations. This 2021 State Budget; intentionally included 660 Million in Corrective earnings for Statewide Employees; and that was mutual; but this State Budget of 2021; Intentionally Left out; NYS Public Employee Maryann Maltese. Our Right of is clear; 30 day notice; then action. Well; Public Office Maltese provided; 18 months of Employment Notice; and no resolve is in place-unethically. This should never occur; not in Sound Times of State or in State of Emergency Times of State; Women are known to permit themselves to take a back seat within Employment; because Management mentality has contributed to it. If Women Opt to work Full Time; then Full Time Earnings and Job Benefits are required to be issued at Full Time-Equality levels; especially with NYS Public and Local Municipal Employers-and I quote; 'We are the Example", Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Where is the Example Governor Andrew Cuomo? Where is the Maryann Maltese Legislation? Where is the Governor; this Father's Day; as he is the Father of New York State Employees in a symbolic mannerism that he has taken Oath to Perform.

Tomorrow; Patchites, is NYS and Federal Employee Holidays; also inclusive of ending Slavery; wouldn't it be lovely; If the Father of New York State; Governor Andrew Cuomo; Executive Ordered; Female NYS Public Officer's Equality if Earnings-ending Female Slavery type of Earnings issued to Maryann as reflective of Women Public Servants in NYS? That Makes History; Governor worthy of Civil Rights extended protections and date of service.

If you were looking for a Good time Governor Cuomo; since you missed the Other important Calendar Dates; June 21, 2021 sounds good to me. I'm ready; Do you have a Rainbow Socks? I have them-it's about the right Price Factor as a notable gift.

June 22, 2021; is the Official NYC Primary Day; those that did not participate in Early Voting; Monday the Polls are closed-We do have A Holiday; we're back in Duty; Tuesday, June 22, 2022-Who are you casting your Vote for? Lindsey Boylan, Candidate For Manhattan Borough President; a member of Me' too-that's the Right Candidate for the Borough. Lindsey is prepared to take over in Tough Societal Times with a kindness factor that is lacking in other Candidates. Lindsey will be a wonderful Borough Manhattan Borough President; for the Past, Present and the Future.
