Moviegoers See Star Wars At Late Late Night Showings

DEER PARK,NY — This weekend die-hard Star Wars fans can catch the latest all night long. Regal Deer Park IMAX & RPX in the Tanger Outlets will show Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker late into the night and early morning with two midnight shows and then showtimes at 1 a.m. 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. The late shows will run tonight and tomorrow night.

Die-hard fans say the middle-of-the-night movie experience adds to the fun of seeing a highly-anticipated movie. Jacque Ging of Babylon says she enjoys midnight showing since they are less crowded and there aren't as many young children to interrupt her experience. She told Patch she saw every Harry Potter movie and most Star Wars films at midnight and 2 a.m. showings.
