New Indian Restaurant Opens In Deer Park
The authentic Indian food chain recently opened its first Long Island eatery.
DEER PARK, NY - A new Indian restaurant recently opened up in Deer Park.
Deccan Spice opened its latest restaurant on 526 Commack Road.
This is the first Long Island location for the chain, which also has restaurants in New York City, New Jersey, California, Georgia, Virginia, Florida and Illinois.

Deccan Spice offers authentic Indian food using fresh ingredients.
According to the website, the eatery's chefs prepares the food as if they are "cooking for family, in small batches."

"Our chefs understand the proper method and time required for our authentic preparations," the website reads.
The menu includes varieties of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryani as well as curries, tandoori meats, Indo-Chinese dishes, breads and more.
Deccan Spice is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
