Office Building In Deer Park Sold For $2.4 Million

The 22,000-square-foot facility, which housed offices and a medical facility, was sold last month.

DEER PARK, NY β€” A large office and medical facility in Deer Park was recently sold for $2.4 million, according to the real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. The property on 60 East Industry Court, which houses the 22,145-square-foot office and medical facility, was purchased by Park Point 60 LLC. Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Director Gary Pezza, who represented the seller 19-29-33 37th Street LLC, said there will be "major upgrades underway" for the space.

"Its proximity to the LIRR, outlet stores and major roadways provides an easily-accessible office space on Long Island," he said.

The five-story property includes 5,000 to 15,000 square feet of space that available for professional, financial, business, administrative or medical use. The site also includes parking for over 130 vehicles. The facility was home to the First National Bank of Long Island as well.

The building is located one minute away from Tanger Outlets and three blocks from the LIRR train station. The sale was officially announced in February.
