Person Robbed At Gunpoint At North Babylon Bank ATM

NORTH BABYLON, NY — A person was robbed at gunpoint at a North Babylon ATM Monday night, police said.

Police said it happened at the Chase Bank at 35 Woods Road around 10:45 p.m. The robber approached the victim, displayed a gun and demanded money.

No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.

First Squad detectives are also investigating after a 12-year-old boy reported that at about 7:35 p.m. on the Fourth of July, two unknown males approached him on Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon, pushed him and stole his bicycle before fleeing the area.
