Teacher Of The Week: Ms. Rashida Charles​

DEER PARK, NY — Everybody has a favorite teacher — maybe it's a teacher who went out of their way to make one student's day or a teacher who brightens up a classroom, whether virtually or in-person, every day.

One teacher who deserve a shout-out is Ms. Rashida Charles, a teacher at JQA Elementary School in Deer Park.

Ms. Charles goes above and beyond for her students. Making sure they enjoy learning during this challenging time. Her teaching technique really absorbs into the children and they are learning so much from her. Her soft tone of voice and patience with the children makes such a huge positive impact on them. We love Ms.Charles and hope she can be teacher of the week.
