Uber Offering Special Discount For Memorial Day

LONG ISLAND, NY - Uber is offering a special promotion this Memorial Day to those who want to honor veterans at the local national cemeteries.

Long Islanders can use the discount to visit two locations on Monday, May 27.

The discount applies for those visiting the Long Island National Cemetery on 2040 Wellwood Avenue in Wyandanch and the Calverton National Cemetery off Route 25A in Wading River.

Riders can get $15 off two trips, both to and from, at these places between 6 a.m. and p.m.

Discount can be obtained by applying the promo code “MEMORIALDAY2019” in the payment section of the app.
