"It shouldn’t take a Councilman showing up at their home to get answers for a grieving family," the council member added in his Facebook post.

Enzo was waiting for a bus on Ocean Avenue and Avenue L about 2:45 p.m. when the grey Lexus swerved onto the sidewalk then crashed into nearby scaffolding, said police.
