DITMAS PARK, BROOKLYN — Developers want to build an eight-story apartment building in a Ditmas Park parking lot, city records show.
Developers filed plans on Wednesday to build a residential complex on East 18th Street between Beverly and Albemarle roads, according to the Department of Buildings.
The parking lot at 232 East 18th St. would be replaced with a 75-foot-tall building with 28 apartments and nine parking spaces, records show.

Zproekt, a southern Brooklyn-based architecture firm, will design the building which is owned by Anfiri Realty LLC, records show.
The plans had not been approved as of Friday morning, DOB records show.
