Free Carousel Rides in Prospect Park—It's Thursday in Ditmas Park

Good morning Ditmas Park! t's supposed to be a lovely cool day today with scattered showers (including at this moment). Here's what's going on:

- The Prospect Park Carousel is free every Thursday in August, from 12-6 p.m. 

- The Dogwood, the new Southern-style restaurant on Church Avenue is having a soft opening tonight. 

- Celebrate Brooklyn! returns at Prospect Park Bandshell tonight at 8 p.m with Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal.
