Massive Blaze Erupts In Midwood Home, FDNY Says
It took 150 firefighters to battle the flames that erupted on Parkville Avenue Monday night, said the FDNY.

MIDWOOD, BROOKLYN — It took 150 firefighters to battle a third-alarm fire that erupted in a Midwood home Monday night.
Flames quickly spread across the two-story house on Parkville Avenue and East Eighth Street when a fire erupted about 8:40 p.m., said the FDNY.
The fire became a third alarm shortly after 9 p.m. and 33 FDNY units were not enough to combat it, the FDNY said.

Extra firefighters were called to the house and the fire was put out by about 10:35, said the FDNY.
No one was injured in the blaze and the cause is still under investigation.
