NYPD Free Fun Night and Milkmen at Bar Chord
Plus Babies and Books and Arts and Crafts at Cortelyou Library and open play at Midwood Martial Arts.

Good morning Ditmas Park! Here's what's happening today:
It's slated to be another cool, sunny day with a high of 76 degrees.
Alternate side parking rules are in effect today but are suspended Wednesday and Thursday for the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Fitr, which ends the monthlong sunrise-to-sunset fast of Ramadan. Â
Planning a yard sale this summer? (And who in Ditmas Park isn't?) add your sale to our yard sale map with this handy-dandy form and we promise to promote the heck out of it.Â
Here's what's happening today:
- At Midwood Martial Arts there's pre-school open play. Our beloved Harriety is on vacation for the rest of the summer, but kids can play in the toy-filled, kid-friendly playspace at 10:15 and 11:15. $1 donation per child requested.Â
- For those closer to Cortelyou, there's Babies and Books at the Cortelyou Library at 10:30 a.m., and Arts and Crafts at 3 p.m. Both free. Â
- There are BBQ, Rides, and Friendly Cops at the Parade Grounds for the 30th Annual National Night out.
- The Milkman plays at Bar Chord at 9 p.m.
